A little clarity before your next call.
What is Tap, exactly?
Tap is a video-call workspace for small developer teams. It captures the ideas you say, puts them on a shared canvas, and helps you turn the ones you agree on into tasks and an AI-ready prompt.
Do we need to use Linear?
No. Your tasks and prompts stay in Tap. Connect Linear when you want to send them straight to your team's backlog. Nothing is sent until you accept it.
What does Orbit do?
Orbit is your AI teammate. Ask for another angle, a few ideas, or help thinking something through. It contributes when you invite it, and your team decides which ideas to keep.
How does the free trial work?
Your workspace’s first paid subscription includes a 14-day trial on either plan. Stripe collects your payment details securely at checkout, and your subscription starts charging after the trial. Cancel before it ends from your workspace’s billing settings to avoid a charge. You can also get started on the Free plan with one teammate.
Are our calls recorded?
Audio is recorded and transcribed so you can revisit the conversation. Video and shared screens are never recorded. Pausing stops recording and saved transcripts. Tap can keep listening for the voice resume command; you can switch that off in Settings too.
